In her own words, "My name is Mary Ann Reed.  I am an artist and a collector of fabric, thread, yarn, fibers, buttons, whatnots, etc. My creative process is similar to putting the pieces of a half dozen jigsaw puzzles in a box, mixing well, and then sorting them into new puzzles (projects) using the materials that I have collected. I am inspired by the energy to compose my pieces with asymmetry, balance, movement and humor."
