Thrift Flipping Workshop!

Get creative about how to take that thrifted find and turn it into your favorite garment ! 

Our in-house sewing expert will teach you the basics of cutting and adjusting the pieces to create something new out of something old. Open to students of all sewing levels, this group sew is designed to strengthen beginner skills and introduce intermediate skills.

Amanda brings a passion to sewing that is infectious and easy-going! Learn how to rectify errors and dive into the unknown. Sewing machines available for use! All materials available for purchase upon arrival. Don't forget to mention your 10% student discount at check out.

Please make sure your machine is in working order! There will not be time to service the machine during class.

Instructor Bio: Amanda has always loved crafting and grew up doing a variety of crafts including sewing, crochet, and embroidery. She's been living in Santa Barbara on and off since 2015 and teaches social studies at Santa Barbara Middle School. She loves working with students and teaching them new ways of crafting and how to expand their ability of sharing their creativity.
