SERVICE REPAIRS Conditions: Routine Service comes with 90 day guarantee. Within 90 days after pick up, if the unit falls to operate properly because of a fault in replacement part or repair workmanship please return the unit to the store. The repair will be made at no additional labor charge. You may be charged for any additional parts that are required to complete the warranty repair. Problems that the original service were not intended to fix or that were not brought to our attention when the unit we dropped off for service may require additional labor charges. Articles left over 30 days may be considered abandoned and sold without notification. We are not responsible for lost or abandoned items. Designs and special settings saved in your machine may be deleted in the process of servicing. Please always backup all data before servicing. We are not responsible for lost data. SHIPPING POLICY – Grant House Sewing Center Processing Times Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates We offer various shipping methods including Economy (1–2 weeks), Standard, and Expedited. Delivery estimates do not include processing time. Shipping Charges Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight and delivery location. Some items may have flat-rate shipping until full inventory weights are updated. Final shipping charges will appear at checkout. Split Shipments Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately based on availability or warehouse location. Tracking Information You will receive tracking info via email once your order has shipped. If you have not received tracking after 5 business days, please contact us. Local Pickup Local pickup may be available at our Santa Barbara location. Please select “Local Pickup” at checkout if this option is available. Undeliverable or Returned Packages Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided. Undeliverable packages returned to us may incur additional re-shipping fees. Damaged or Lost Packages If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will do our best to assist with claims or replacements. International Shipping Currently, we only ship within the United States.
